Israel promises to hit enemies anywhere after the attack on Qatar

Israel said his enemies were not safe now, one day after the strikes targeting Hamas leaders in Qatar – an American ally – pulled a rare reprimand by US President Donald Trump.

Israel tried to kill Hamas’ political leaders with the attack in the Qatari Doha capital yesterday, degenerating its military action in the Middle East in what the United States described as a unilateral attack which does not advance American and Israeli interests.

The air strike took place shortly after the Hamas armed wing claimed the responsibility of a shooting on Monday which killed six people at a bus stop on the outskirts of Jerusalem.

The largely condemned Doha operation was particularly sensitive because Qatar welcomed and mediator in the negotiations aimed at ensuring a cease-fire in the Gaza War.

“If we didn’t get them this time, we will get them next time,” said Leiter.

The chief’s son killed on strike

Hamas said five of its members had been killed in the attack, including the son of his exile Gaza chief and the best negotiator Khalil Al-Hayya. He said his best leaders had survived.

A high Israeli official said today that optimism concerning the results of the strike has turned into doubt.

Qatar, who said that one of his security forces had been killed in the attack, said that Israel was treacherous and engaged in “state terrorism”.

The attack generated a wave of diplomacy between the Arab states.

The president of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, arrived in Qatar today, reported the news agency of the WAM Water State.

The crown prince of Jordan Hussein should also visit Qatar today, while the crown prince of Saudi Arabia Mohammed Bin Salman is expected to arrive in Doha tomorrow, an official of the case told Reuters.

The visits, which were not previously planned, were a demonstration of regional solidarity with Qatar after the Israeli strikes, said the official.

The European Commission will propose to punish Israeli ministers from extremists and the suspension of trade -related measures in a European Union agreement with Israel, said the president of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen.

The proposals reflect an increasing criticism of the EU of the conduct of Israel on the war in Gaza and increased pressure on the executive body of the block to act.

Doha’s air strike has followed an Israeli warning to the Palestinians to leave Gaza City, an area that once houses about a million people, while it tries to destroy what remains of Hamas.

Residents expressed the alarm that Doha’s strike could destroy the chances of ceasefire.

Trump says that the decision to make Qatar was taken by Netanyahu

Trump said Israel’s decision to strike Qatar had been made by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and not by the Republican leader who added that a unilateral attack on Qatar does not serve American or Israeli interests.

However, Qatar contradicted such claims of the White House, saying that the information that the attack was false and that a telephone call from an American official came when explosions were already heard in the Qatari capital, Doha.

“The bombing unilaterally in Qatar, a sovereign nation and an ally close to the United States, which works very hard and courageously take risks with us to negotiate peace, does not advance the objectives of Israel or America,” wrote Trump on Truth Social.

“However, the elimination of Hamas, which has benefited from the misery of those who live in Gaza, is a worthy objective.”

He assured the head of Qatar that “such a thing will not happen again on their soil,” said Trump, adding that he felt “very badly” from the site’s location.

Trump later told journalists in Washington that he was “not delighted” with the Israeli strike in Qatar.

“I’m not delighted,” said Trump. “This is not a good situation but I will say this: we want the hostages to come back, but we are not delighted with the way it happened today.”

While Mr. Trump made the comments, the pro-Palestinian demonstrators who had gathered nearby chanted “free the free Palestine” and “stop the arms genocide”.

The assault of American Israel on Gaza since October 2023 killed tens of thousands of people, displaced internally the entire population of Gaza and triggered a famine crisis.

Several experts in rights and academics say that the military assault of Israel against Gaza is equivalent to a genocide.

Israel says that his actions constitute a self -defense after an attack in October 2023 by Palestinian Hamas activists during which 1,200 people were killed and more than 250 hostages, according to Israeli accounts.

Israel also bombed Lebanon, Syria, Iran and Yemen during the Gaza conflict.
