The police have published new details on the killer in the shooting of the American Catholic school – including that they “idolized” mass murderers and that they wanted to “look at the children to suffer”.
Two children, aged eight and 10, were killed Wednesday, during the mass at the Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis.

Eighteen other people were injured, including children from six to 15 and three adults in the 80s.
The police said that Robin Westman, a man born as Robert Westman, had opened fire with a rifle through the windows of the school church while children were seated in benches.
Nearly 120 rifle laps, said the police chief
At a press conference Thursday, Minneapolis police chief Brian O’Hara said the striker had fired 116 gunshots in the church.
“It is very clear that this shooter intended to terrorize these innocent children,” he added.
The police chief said that the killer “fantasized” in terms of other mass shooting attackers and wanted to “obtain notoriety”.
When he was asked that the striker obtaining legally used firearms used, Mr. O’Hara said they had no criminal history or diagnosed mental health problems.
Although they potentially concerned publications on social networks, the police chief added that there was no evidence suggesting that Westman was legally forbidden to buy a firearm.
Suspect “wanted to watch the children suffer”
Joe Thompson, an acting American lawyer for Minnesota, also said that evidence recovered from the killer’s plans showed “a blind hatred” and that they “idolable some of the most notable school shooters and mass murderers in the history of our country”.
“I will not dignify the words of the shooter by repeating them,” added Mr. Thompson. “They are horrible and vile, but in short, the shooter wanted to watch the children suffer.”
Earlier, the mayor of Minneapolis called for a state of state and federal Prohibition of assault weapons After the deadly attack, say “thoughts and prayers will not cut it”.
“There is no reason for someone to be able to get 30 shots before even recharging,” said Jacob Frey.
“We are not talking about your father’s hunting rifle equipment. We are talking about firearms that are designed to unravel the armor and kill people.”
Thomas Klemond, an acting CEO of the main minneapolis traumatology hospital, Hennepin Healthcare, said the hospital in a press conference that the hospital was dealing with nine patients injured in the shooting.
A child from the hospital was in critical condition, he added.
The Minnesota children’s hospital also said three children stayed on her guard on Thursday morning.

In an article on Facebook, the hospital said “there are no words to describe the overwhelming pain that many feel”, adding: “We feel this pain with you.
“For the whole announcement community, you have our deepest condolences.
“We will always be there to take care of you. And right now, we are hurting ourselves with you.”
