The EU also takes diplomatic measures
EU’s foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said she spoke to European diplomats in kyiv following the strike that had damaged EU offices. She announced that Brussels would also summon the Russian envoy. “I confirm that we will invoke the affairs of the Russian in charge. This meeting will still take place today,” said EU spokesperson Anitta Hipper. She added: “No diplomatic mission should never be a target for two strikes. It is therefore our answer to this question. ”
