Kemi Badenoch has just embarked Keir Starmer to the Prime Minister’s questions on the theme of the Peter Mandelson association with the condemned pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
Badenoch learned from his mistakes last week and devoted his six questions to try to make Mandelson fired as a British ambassador in Washington. She pointed out that the victims of Epstein had “asked Lord Mandelson to be dismissed”, then asked if Starmer had aware “of this intimate relationship when he named Lord Mandelson to be our ambassador to Washington”.
It was potentially her most convincing performance to date and she managed to bring together diffuse sons of the world and domestic affairs in a targeted attack on the Prime Minister and the credibility of her American ambassador. Will Starmer be forced to act?
